At Amtek Precision Engineers Ltd our state of the art CNC machining centre allows us to manufacture a diverse range of components to varying degrees of complexity and tolerances for high precision industries such as the aerospace, medical and pharmaceutical and oil and gas exploration sectors.

Our highly skilled designers and engineers utilise the latest 5-axis programming and machining including a MAZAK INTEGREX 200-IV, a MIKRON HSM 400 and an AGIE HYPERSPARK with pallet and electrode loading robot to meet the demands of prototype to volume production with consistent quality and guaranteed supply.

• We have the capability to easily turn or mill exotic steels which have been hardened up to 60 Hrc
  
  
• We use traditional methods of grinding, spark erosion and wire erosion when they remain the best method to use
