Hot runner moulds

Hot runner moulds range from single cavity hot nozzle to multi-cavity, multi-drop manifold design. The initial cost of a hot runner mould is higher due to the price of the system and the controller required to run it, however these costs are often absorbed due to the minimised level of scrap material and slightly reduced cycle time of the mould. We are happy to recommend the best system for the customer's product.

During the design of a hot runner mould, close attention will be paid to the choice of steel, hot runner system, water circuits, feed points, venting, split lines and all other technical aspects that will prolong the life of the mould and minimise downtime during maintenance whilst maximising efficiency to achieve the lowest possible cycle time.
