Multi Cavity Injection Moulds

Multi cavity moulds should only be ordered when the customer is happy that his product is ready to be produced in bulk.

During the design of a multi cavity mould, close attention will be paid to the choice of steel, runner system, water circuits, feed points, venting, split lines and all other technical aspects that will prolong the life of the mould and minimise downtime during maintenance whilst maximising efficiency to achieve the lowest possible cycle time.
