Pilot Moulds

Pilot moulds are a low cost option to produce and prove the feasibility and function of new plastic moulded components for single items or complete projects prior to placing orders for costly production moulds. We will offer guidance on component design if required.

They should as far as practicable reflect the mould design that is likely to be used for production moulds.

Costs and lead-times are kept to a minimum, pilot moulds for simple parts can be produced in days rather than weeks. Various quality options are available to the customer.
